Det betyder att man kan ta dem utan att relationen g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder, och att feedback upplevs som hj\u00e4lp, inte hot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"663\"><span style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">Ett enkelt riktm\u00e4rke som m\u00e5nga h\u00f6gfungerande team anv\u00e4nder \u00e4r 5:1:-metoden f\u00f6r feedback. Vilket inneb\u00e4r att de ger cirka fem uppmuntrande\/byggande feedbackkommentarer f\u00f6r varje korrigerande. I praktiken uppst\u00e5r trygghet n\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor har tydlig riktning och klara f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar \u2013 och samtidigt handlingsutrymme att l\u00f6sa uppgiften p\u00e5 sitt s\u00e4tt. Tydlighet minskar os\u00e4kerhet och stress.
