Temat var HR-strategier f\u00f6r digital transformation. Eventet blev fullbokat omg\u00e5ende och g\u00e4stades av 200 nyfikna HR-personer. En tanke som slog mig var att om denna inbjudan hade g\u00e5tt ut till HR f\u00f6r tre \u00e5r sedan s\u00e5 tror jag att det hade varit mycket utmanande att attrahera bes\u00f6kare till Microsofts kontor i Akalla. Hur kommer det sig d\u00e5 att digital transformation helt pl\u00f6tsligt ligger h\u00f6gt uppe p\u00e5 agendan f\u00f6r HR?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De senaste \u00e5ren har ny teknik str\u00f6mmat in p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna. Trots m\u00f6jligheterna med ny teknik s\u00e5 \u00e4r de flesta organisationer fast i g\u00e5rdagens s\u00e4tt att arbeta d\u00e4r e-post, filserver och fysiska m\u00f6ten dominerar. Stressniv\u00e5erna \u00f6kar och det blir allt mer utmanande att h\u00e5lla medarbetarna lojala och engagerade. M\u00e5nga f\u00f6retagsledare och verksamhetschefer har blundat f\u00f6r det faktum att digital transformation prim\u00e4rt handlar om m\u00e4nniskor och beteenden. Kommentarer s\u00e5som &#8221;Det d\u00e4r \u00e4r ju ett IT-projekt&#8221; och &#8221;Vi ska lansera ytterligare ett system&#8221; har ekat i konferensrum runt om i landet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De tappra IT-cheferna har varit b\u00e5de ledstj\u00e4rnor och syndabockar n\u00e4r det kommer till digitalisering av arbetsplatsen. \u00c5ret \u00e4r 2019 och nu v\u00e4nds str\u00e5lkastarljuset fr\u00e5n IT till HR. I en tid d\u00e5 gapet mellan m\u00f6jligheterna med ny teknik och produktivitet \u00e4r allt f\u00f6r h\u00f6g kr\u00e4vs ett omtag g\u00e4llande strategin f\u00f6r digital och kulturell transformation. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vem \u00e4ger d\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan f\u00f6r att driva den digitala transformationen p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen? N\u00e5gon sa till mig h\u00e4romdagen att nu n\u00e4r IT har &#8221;tappat bollen&#8221; g\u00e4llande den digitala transformationen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r HR att bli den nya syndabocken. Min uppfattning \u00e4r att den digitala f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsresan inte enbart kan \u00e4gas av vare sig IT eller HR. Digital transformation beh\u00f6ver vara en betydligt mer strategisk fr\u00e5ga d\u00e5 det handlar om att f\u00f6renkla vardagen f\u00f6r samtliga medarbetare och bli en attraktivare arbetsgivare. Det \u00e4r inte f\u00f6rsvarbart eller h\u00e5llbart att inte ha en strategi som s\u00e4tter m\u00e4nniskor och beteenden i f\u00f6rars\u00e4tet. Det finns m\u00e5nga bra exempel p\u00e5 organisationer som slutat peka finger g\u00e4llande ansvar f\u00f6r fr\u00e5gan mellan olika avdelningar och ist\u00e4llet satt sig ner tillsammans f\u00f6r att skapa samsyn. \u00c4garskapet b\u00f6r minst ligga p\u00e5 b\u00e5de HR, IT- och kommunikation men helst av allt p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta ledningen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4nner. Det \u00e4r dags att nyttja och f\u00f6rvalta det fantastiska faktum att HR \u00e4r med p\u00e5 banan. L\u00e5t inte HR bli en ny syndabock genom att komma in fr\u00e5n sidan och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka jobba med f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Se nu till att sl\u00e4ppa prestigen, skapa samsyn och l\u00e5ta f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen blomstra inifr\u00e5n genom att s\u00e4tta m\u00e4nniskor och beteenden i f\u00f6rars\u00e4tet. Den digitala transformationen p\u00e5verkas oss alla.
