Varf\u00f6r lyckas endast ett f\u00e5tal med att l\u00e5sa upp nycklarna till de digitala kontoret och inte bara lansera ny teknik, utan \u00e4ven driva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade beteenden och varaktiga arbetss\u00e4tt. Det finns m\u00e5nga svar p\u00e5 den fr\u00e5gan; men en grundl\u00e4ggande nyckel \u00e4r hur ledare och organisationer i framkant kommunicerar i syfte att skapa engagemang som f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsbr\u00e4nsle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r tre \u00e5r sedan stod jag p\u00e5 en scen framf\u00f6r 300 personer fr\u00e5n olika organisationer och st\u00e4llde f\u00f6ljande fr\u00e5ga; Vilken \u00e4r er st\u00f6rsta utmaning inom den digitala arbetsmilj\u00f6n? F\u00f6ga f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande svarade cirka 30 procent att tekniken var den st\u00f6rsta utmaningen. F\u00f6r tre \u00e5r sedan var det vanligt att m\u00e4nniskor jag tr\u00e4ffade uttryckte sig enligt f\u00f6ljande; T\u00e4nk om jag kunde ha samma digitala m\u00f6jligheter p\u00e5 jobbet som jag har i mitt privatliv. \u00c5r 2018 g\u00e4stade jag samma scen igen och st\u00e4llde samma fr\u00e5ga. Denna g\u00e5ng var det endast 1 procent som uppgav att teknik var den st\u00f6rsta utmaningen. Ist\u00e4llet handlar utmaningarna nu om ledarskap, beteenden och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsvilja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min uppfattning \u00e4r att tekniken som \u00e4r kritisk f\u00f6r att frig\u00f6ra kraften att samarbeta nu finns tillg\u00e4nglig p\u00e5 de allra flesta arbetsplatser. De senaste \u00e5ren har ny teknik fullkomligt sk\u00f6ljt in \u00f6ver arbetsplatser, men ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r \u00f6kad produktivitet och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende har en \u00f6kad f\u00f6rvirring hos m\u00e4nniskor uppst\u00e5tt (trots att tekniken blir allt enklare). Den dystra sanningen \u00e4r att trots all ny teknik s\u00e5 \u00e4r de allra flesta organisationer fast i g\u00e5rdagens s\u00e4tt att arbeta d\u00e4r e-post och filservrar dominerar som prim\u00e4ra verktyg f\u00f6r kommunikation- och samarbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta ledare har en tendens (och inarbetat vana) att kommunicera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen utifr\u00e5n \u201cHur\u201d. D\u00e5 l\u00e5ter det ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r; \u201cVi ska lansera ett nytt intran\u00e4t\u201d, \u201cVi ska lansera Office 365\u201d. \u201cVi ska lansera ett dokumenthanteringssystem. St\u00e4ll dig sj\u00e4lv fr\u00e5gan; Hur engagerande \u00e4r det f\u00f6r medarbetarna? Inte alls \u00e4r svaret.. Ytterligare ett system \u00e4r inte svaret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 hur b\u00f6r man kommunicera f\u00f6r att skapa engagemang som frig\u00f6r kraften att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras? Svaret m\u00e5 l\u00e5ta enkelt med att bygga en story kr\u00e4ver eftertanke. Det handlar i toppen om att kommunicera utifr\u00e5n ett st\u00f6rre syfte (varf\u00f6r ni existerar) och en engagerande m\u00e5lbild (som handlar om resultatet av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen). Min erfarenhet \u00e4r dock att en engagerande m\u00e5lbild inte r\u00e4cker f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra beteenden. M\u00e5lbilden m\u00e5ste brytas ner till \u201cWhats in it for me\u201d om sann vilja ska skapas.
